The Birthday of Lord Krishna

Sri Krishna Janmastami is one of the most significant festivals in the Sanatan Dharma calendar. It marks the day Lord Krishna appeared on Earth in Mathura over 5,000 years ago to restore dharma and protect His devotees. At Gita Sangha, this day is observed with immense devotion, joy, and spiritual fervor.

"Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligionโ€”at that time I descend Myself." โ€” Bhagavad Gita 4.7
